All payments for canvs.io are final and non-refundable. We do not provide refunds, credits, or prorated refunds for any reason, including unused time, unused features, or changes to your needs.
If you purchase a subscription, you may cancel it at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges, but does not entitle you to a refund for charges already paid or for any remaining portion of your current billing period.
This policy does not limit any refund rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide it as required.
